Information you provide

When you request an evaluation, a video review, or a school list, we collect the information you enter: your name, email, selected services, video link, repertoire, target schools, and any answers about study level, competitions, teacher background, entry year, and budget. We use these details to review and respond to your request and provide coaching.

Form processing

Forms are sent to Google Apps Script. The form handler stores submissions in Google Sheets and emails a notification to the site operator. If you share a video through YouTube, Google Drive, or Dropbox, access also depends on your settings and that provider’s policies. Share only a video you have permission to submit.

Analytics, advertising, and embedded services

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and actions such as form submissions. It also uses Google Fonts and embedded YouTube content. These providers may receive technical information such as page requests, device or browser information, and network identifiers. Google services may use cookies or similar technologies.

Vercel describes its Web Analytics product as not using cookies. That description does not apply to every other service on this website. Browser settings and the providers’ own controls may let you restrict cookies and advertising personalization.

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed to respond to requests and provide coaching. You may use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask us to stop follow-up messages. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Students and parents

A parent or guardian should make requests on behalf of a child under 13 and supervise information and video sharing. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate parental involvement, contact us to request review or deletion.
